Drop-in Advising

Drop-in advising is designed for brief questions that can be addressed within 10-15 minutes. Students are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

When: Week 1 through finals week

Advising Appointments

30-minute appointments are available for in-depth topics that would benefit from a longer discussion. To schedule an appointment, please email navila@ibp.ucla.edu with the following information:

  • Name
  • UID
  • Description of the topic(s) that you would like to discuss.
  • Availability for the next 5 business days between 9am-4pm
  • Preferred meeting modality: in-person or Zoom
